This is the second time I’ve had my eye lash extension removed here. First time, the lady was brilliant. This time, another lady did it and it was a rushed, tormenting experience. Most of my real eyelashes were pulled out, leaving me with a sparse set of real eye lashes. She was pulling my real eyelashes out, where the gel remover had not set. The liquid that was used to remove the gel was burning my eyes. she had another client after me who was complaining about her delayed appointment time, the technician then rushed my service to meet the complaining customers needs. I’m so upset with the service and the aftermath of my eyelashes. :(
