The treatment itself was actually ok, it was just the whole experience that wasn’t that enjoyable. When I arrived there was nobody to be seen in the salon. I waited a while thinking someone would come and greet me but nobody came. After waiting for 10 minutes I wondered into the back (I had never been to the salon before so didn’t know where to go) but I found a member of a staff who seem confused and asked if I had an appointment, which I did. Nothing was set up ready for me and even the pedicure chair was wet so needed to be wiped down. The 2 members of staff, the one doing my treatment and another, continued to have a loud conversation with each other from despite being in separate rooms so not really the nice relaxed atmosphere I would have hoped for. When this eventually stopped as the other lady had a client, there sounded like there was a party going on in the salon so the whole atmosphere was very loud!! Although the treatment was actually ok, I didn’t enjoy the experience.
