Danielle was friendly and helpful, and the wax was quick and largely pain free. The salon itself is a bit hard to find as it's missing a sign on the outside and there isn't a reception, just a hairdressers, but a hair stylist told me where to go and I was seen quite quickly.

Didn’t show up! Turned up for the appointment early everything was shut, rang multiple times no response and still no phone call the apologise. Incredibly unprofessional. Waste of a morning and don’t bother going
