The room I was led into was dull and disused looking and the bed I was going to use for my treatment was unmade, despite me being the first and only customer that day. Regarding the lashes, I was not asked about what I wanted as an end result and despite stating many times that I wanted a natural result, I left looking like a drag queen. Definitely would not suggest this place again!

30 min late they apologised for the wait saying they were never told about my booking, I then pointed to my name on their calendar. 55 min late someone else explained the delay was due to train problems. Not asking or checking my booking for a Brazilian she began a Hollywood wax before I could say. She physically forced my legs to move rather than asking & guiding as normal & then got impatient over it. To her credit it was fast & efficient but at the expense of friendliness.

I booked according to the reviews but I feel misled.
Strengths: clean finish, done in 20 mins
Weaknesses: evening appt so it felt like she was rushing, I said I was nervous but didn't seem to take any consideration, waxed applied in large areas so large amounts were pulled, very painful, not gentle. Ended up bleeding on the way home (labia majora)
I've had lycon wax done several times before (7+ times) where it doesn't hurt as much and I don't go home bleeding. Happy with the wax result but not the way it got dealt with.
