They were not aware of my booking. They did offer me a free parking permit. There was no atmosphere in the salon as I was the only customer. The session felt rushed, she cut my nails before asking and I was not happy with the results of my callus peel as the job was not thorough and I felt no difference. A concerning factor was the fact the applicator for the callus peel was used on my feet and put back into the main bottle multiple times.
Overall, an unsatisfactory experience.

It was my first time here with my gf and the treatment exceed our expectations and it was beyond good. The staffs were very friendly and professional, took time with the treatment making sure the work was done well and making sure we was okay in the process. It was my first time getting a manicure/pedicure and my nails have never looked so much cleaner and neater than before. The massage chair also made the treatment more relaxing whilst trying the pedicure. Definitely worth the money and would definitely be coming back, best treatment experience so far.
