Quick and virtually painless! Great professional experience
Not good experience Firstly, I booked the Cryolipolysis through Treatwell, the listing prices was not detailed enough, they didn’t mention how many cups for the price, only mentioned about the length of the treatment, there are options of 45 mins, 1 hour and 1 hour 20mins. As this is my first time visit, so I chose the 1 hour treatment.I was planned to do the treatment for my inner thigh but I been told I could only do one cup, this which not mentioned when I made the booking. Then, I have to change my plans to do chin Cryolipolysis instead inner thigh,the treatment only lasting half an hour, I been told the treatment is finished. I explained I booked for an hour not half an hour. The staff said the machine instructions are said small area for half an hour, medium area 45 mins mins and large area for 1hour, this is the limitations of the machine. But why they didn’t not put this information when people book service? Why do I have to pay double for the service ? Will you refund the rest of half an hour treat to me?This is really really a swindle. This is not the first time I booked Cryolipolysis through Treatwell but the first time with them. Honestly, the price is too much overpriced than any others, the service extremely unsatisfactory. Secondly, I was booked with Alina. she was attending late without notifying me, I was stand in front of the shop at early morning for more than 10mins no one show up, I only been told she will be running late until I called up. Thirdly, the treatment room was bit messy when I attend, It may because I was booked the appointment at morning 8:30am and the staff was late, so the treatment room wasn’t been prepared ready, but they have the early slot available to choose, everything should be really on time, isn’t it? This is another way show their unprofessionalism. Honestly, better to call them ask as much as details you could before you make the booking through Treatwell, make sure you will not receive the service for what you paid.
