I got a hydrafacial and it was absolutely perfect! Alev personalised the treatment after having carefully analysed my skin thoroughly. She took her time and explained what she was doing throughout (which I’m glad bc I was low-key nervous at first). It was so relaxing especially as she finished it with a neck massage. Was genuinely upset when she said ‘we’re all done’ in the end as I was mid napping lol but it’s okay. Highly recommend Alev, she’s lovely overall!:)
