Eva is faster than any other technician I've ever used but, as a result, not as thorough. She has a really amenable disposition though. The room had no personality and isn't well set up for an efficient wax, but it was clean, bright and fairly large. Proper amenities. I'd be happy to return for quick, no-frills service.

the wax was quite messy and didn’t feel thorough or as though it was being done properly and to preference, but just carelessly which was disappointing, but staff were lovely!
