A facial is a pampering experience, if I wanted to cleanse, and slap on a mask I could do it at home. The facial massage was max 5 minutes- no upper back, upper chest massage like I’m used to. Absolutely no ambience. Was taken in 20 minutes late and it seemed they had forgotten me and I had to remind them that I was next. The only positive of this facial was that the lady who did it was extremely sweet, but it’s still not a facial I’d ever go back for.
