It was not bad at all. I was expecting a bit more scrubbing and all but it was ok. The lady was nice. She gave me a quick neck massage. But i could use for me. It was ok

I unexpectedly reached early for my appointment and didn't really ask to attend me but the three young ladies were like you are early for your appointment and come back when its time. I was really annoyed the way they spoke to me and told them I'm happy to wait since I know I'm early and there were plenty of empty chairs to seat.
Later they started talking in their native language hindi about me thinking I won't understand anything they say and they wasn't pleasant to hear.
I have been a customer with treatwell for many years and this was one of my 1st horrible experience ever in customer service and professionalism.
Atleast I got a good facial so scored 4 stars beside there is nothing that deserves any stars.
