I have been to this salon a couple of times and I had my nails done by Raman. She is very attentive and precise in her work, I am very happy with the result. I definitely recommend it , and I will go back.
Was petrified of going for my first wax, but the results were brilliant. Sadaf was very efficient, professional and informative. She did her best to put me at ease. I will be visiting again.

The wax did not feel smooth and was extra painful at times. The lady doing the waxing was lovely, but the wax itself wasn't.
I was booked in to get shellac removal on my nails and they first of all called to change my time and location, once I had already had the confirmation email, so I had to search for the new venue. Secondly, they did not know how to do it or have the correct equipment. They soaked my nails instead of wrapping them up, and used the wrong solution. They then took 12 attempts at taking my hands out of the solution (which has made my skin flake) and scrapped my nails with a metal rod. Thirdly, I had two different woman taking turns doing my nails, while serving other customers at the same time.
This experience has left me with every single one of my nails being purple with brushes as I left, and parts of the shellac still on, I was advised to 'keep scraping' it off through the week. I have to re-book myself an appointment to have it removed by people who know what they are doing, and now, my nails and trying to recover.
I am furious with the way I was treated, and the fact I was harmed with bruising. Please see that this salon gets the correct equipment and training.
I expect a full refund for my wasted time, money and transportations getting there.
