I've been to this place loads of times but never again. Turned up to apparently them not having the booking from treatwell even though they text me that morning to confirm the appointment! Then after some kid at the reception desk decided to kiss her teeth at me and told me to walk to there sister branch. When I got there I was waxed by someone with 1 year experience who told me she had burnt someone the week before! It gets better she left half my hair on my and I refused her to do my Hollywood so booked back in a few days later! Came back.in and the person I was booked with was busy so had to walk back to the sister branch to have another full body wax and my Hollywood!!! So 2 waxing appointments in one week. My hair has all been snapped the wrong way so after one week us coming back. Also had the owner call me and lie to me that treatwell sent the text but I'm a salon owner who uses treatwell and know they don't send texts! This place is run by kids! I'm fuming and wasn't even offered anything to apologise!
