I had another wax with sadaf. In all honesty she is the star of this salon- her smile and her appearance are great...very professional and very caring, kind and always very gentle whilst doing my treatments. She is always making sure that i am comfortable. The treatment room is always spotless and clean...and the manager Ali is kind and personable with his staff and with customers... i always love to have my wax done with my beautiful and gorgeous therapist sadaf

Awful. The worst salon experience I have ever had. I turned up to the salon and they told me that they had no space for me.. even though I had booked earlier in the week with treatwell. I was then sent to a salon down the road!!! At this salon I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. The lady doing my nails then told me to chose my shellac colour from the bottles on the shelf (there were only about 15 colours to chose from) and when I asked if there was a colour wheel she didn't even know what I was talking about. 10 minutes later somebody else came in to get their nails done and was offered the colour wheel with lots of different colours that I wasn't. To top it all off, my shellac has now peeled off after only 4 days of having it on.

I booked a gel manicure and pedicure, but when i called they said it is just the colour application...I agreed to pay extra £11 to get at least manicure. Unfortunately the lady was very unbothered, she soaked my nails for 1 minute then did a very poor job with cuticles, which then led to uneven gel application ...not even sure if the tools she used were disinfected, they were just laying in a glass jar, and nail file which she took out from drawer underneath the table top, looke like it had some leftover from previous client. will never come back to this salon again. waste of money. not worth the money
