Very disappointed and uncomfortable with the atmosphere- salon was unclean, torn/battered chairs, equipment used for manicures was unclean. Nail polish colour I selected was dry and unusable and went back onto the shelf (?). We had to select a colour based on what was not dried out.Nail colour took over 20 minutes to dry under heater- I suspect because it was old. Went away feeling depressed by the environment, when a salon experience should be upbeat, stylish and fun. Definitely does not look like the picture on the website! Misleading.

Sadaf was excellent as usual and checked my legs thoroughly at the end of the waxing treatment. She is efficient and personable and a very professional beautician. The room was clean and the towel smelled fresh from laundry detergent so I knew things had been washed. My appointment was on time.
Unfortunately the prices of the salon have increased which I am not happy about.

Ava always has fantastic customer service. She gets on with it- quick and not too painful as well. Always impressed with the results. Her beauty room has been given a lick of paint too so that has improved the ambience. Highly recommended.
