Stylist didn’t listen to/understand what was asked for, daughter didn’t gat the haircut she wanted and it was a very basic trim, was absolutely distraught. Even more annoying was that the stylist’s first response was that we were only complaining because we didn’t want to pay, my daughter walked out in tears. We did pay £40 rather than the £60 but would never go back
