I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Access. The atmosphere was relaxing, the place was very clean, and everyone was welcoming. Sylwia was amazing – very professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the treatment. She gave me the best advice on how to look after my hair, and I felt very comfortable in her care. I’m really happy with my permanent waves and would definitely recommend Beauty Access to anyone looking for quality service and excellent results.

I took my son here for a haircut and was very disappointed. For a simple wash, blow-dry, and straight cut on long hair I was charged nearly £50, which I feel is excessive for the service provided. The experience was not pleasant, and I did not feel my son was well looked after during the appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
