I've only given 3 starts because, unfortunately, Sylwia's client who she was working on when I arrived had decided to add more to her request which meant Sylwia was unable to cut my hair at my appointment time. She apologised profusely (as it was not her fault) and offered either for me to wait or her colleague Ineta could cut my hair instead as she was available. I chose Ineta to cut my hair on this occasion. She did a really good job so I will still be returning to Beauty Access! :)

I love Beauty Access. Every time I go the staff are so friendly, helpful and really great at what they do. I always have a Brazilian hair straightening treatment - its fantastic. I highly recommend Beauty Access, great salon. Thank you.
