I had a wash, cut and blow dry. I asked for a trim but for minimal to come off my hair length, less than an inch. However, about 3 inches were cut off and I was asked after this was cut if that was ok. I should have been asked before the cut. This was disappointing for me as I had spent a long time growing my hair and had more than expected chopped off. The treatment also took longer than the scheduled time by almost half hour. The layers and blow dry, however, were good. Staff were friendly.

I had Eyebrow tint and shape and Pary did a fantastic job as always. The color lasts long and the eyebrows are shaped in a way to compliment and define my face. You can pick between waxing, threading or both.
