Was acknowledged and greeted nicely upon arrival.
My therapist was really nice, a balanced mix between being friendly and chatty, and professional. The waxing was performed with tubes, instead of the usual wax pot, which was new for me. It felt less painful than strip wax. My therapist treated small areas at a time, making the overall experience more enjoyable. She also had recommendations for after the treatment. Overall really pleased, would recommend.

Best facial I have ever had! Emily was amazing, so knowledgeable, gave me a list of products that would work for my skin. She was so friendly, gave me an arm and neck massage while I had a mask on also! Would highly highly recommend!

Had my first caci facial with Emily at Beauty Above today and although I have been having caci facials regularly for a many years the facial with Emily today was undoubtedly the best. I will definitely be back.
