Terrible. I turned up for my appointment and there is no location for the appointment. When you search for the location on google - it does not exist. It only can be located through the Treatwell app and it takes you to a location where there is no Beauty 2 U. I have called Luisa 8 times this morning to locate where I am supposed to be going and to no avail. My only thought left is that it is a complete scam.
