The Lycon wax stung my legs. I had to lie down on paper roll which stuck to my legs and ripped, leaving me in contact with the table cover others must have sat on before me. The Lycon wax was done with a metal spatula, which they said was disinfected after every client but I didn’t see this done. I was 10 minutes late so Manju’s colleague took my appointment. As the original appointment was for 20 minutes, I’m not sure why she said she couldn’t leave her client as this was still during my slot
