The whole experience was unnecessarily painful and uncomfortable. I've had numerous waxes at different stages of growth and this was by far the worst. She double dipped the wax. I had to ask for her to hold the skin after. I had to ask for the fan to be put on as the room was small and stuffy. Manju herself was a pleasant lady but the whole waxing experience was really bad. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

It was my first time getting a wax at Beauty@123 and I was so pleased with my experience. The salon owner is such a lovely lady and so delicate! She was also really quick and precise, I am really happy with my wax and will definitely be back :)
