This was my first facial (1h) in London. I really enjoyed the treatment, it was very relaxing. I was running 10min late and still got my full hour. Staff was very friendly and professional. Only one thing I was not so happy I still had some black spots which could have been removed as staff was quite gentle by removing them after steaming.
