First of all, I loved the way she was able to make me comfortable and she was very friendly. Especially, in facial waxing, she kept on asking questions to make sure she did her job perfectly. However, one thing she could have done better is that she used the same stick for waxing, which could increase the likelihood of infection, especially on face. Also, the booking fee was quite expensive, however in comparison to other health and beauty shops this beautology was quite cheap as they also had offers available at peak time.
