Jessica was extremely kind and definitely very talented at waxing, I left with smooth skin that was completely hairless. She was very time efficient and I was in and out in a good amount of time. The only part I liked less was the wax used in the Hollywood wax as I thought it was quite harsh on the skin, despite being a hard wax. Overall, I will definitely be going back
