My appointment was at 9.30am. I arrived a few mins before and waited to be served then I received an email at 9.31am which stated my appointment was rescheduled to 9.45am. I wouldve appreciated being informed before my appointment rather than after.

Was a pleasant experience, the actual treatment was quite simple but I guess that’s what you’d expect for the price

Eyebrows were exactly how I like them.
Little downfall was turning up, and had to wait as Stacy was still doing someone’s nails and nothing was said - just left there waiting for 25mins. Doesn’t happen all the time but I feel communication is key and that needs to improve slightly if there are delays etc
