Caroline has been really helpful with rearranging my appointments accordingly whilst recovering from my operation. Nothing has been to much trouble. Really enjoyed my gel manicure and loving the colours. Caroline was more than happy to accommodate my choice of 5 different colours. We had a good chat, a nice cup of coffee and I look forward to my next visit.

Considering this was the first time I had booked with them I would never book again. My appointment was for a pedicure at 3:15 in the afternoon. The therapist was off sick and no one had the courtesy to call me to let me know this.
