Reflexology with Beth was exactly what I needed. It was very relaxing and has left me feeling so much better in myself, still feeling the effects a couple of weeks on - my digestive system is working better than it has in a long while. Balance has been restored, I would wholeheartedly recommend and hope to return soon myself.
