Vivien is so attentive and caring, and always goes above and beyond her call of duty. I appreciate that she listened to my concerns and also to what I wanted, and we collectively came together on the shape and colour of my brows! I love them!

Could not be happier with Vivien’s considerable skills. She was extremely professional, explaining the procedure clearly and knowledgeably during the consultation. She showed me photos of other customers of my age and the great results she had achieved. Despite being pretty apprehensive about what could be accomplished when I basically have no eyebrows at all (thank you menopause!) having met Vivien I had no hesitation in taking the plunge and booking for microblading and shading. She provided very helpful paperwork fully explaining what I needed to do before and after the procedure.
The procedure itself was amazing. She was meticulous in creating the perfect look for me. And I am absolutely thrilled with the results. She’s an artist! She has created an extremely natural and perfectly coloured set of eyebrows where there was literally nothing but bare skin before. I could not recommend Vivien highly enough.
