I booked in with Vivien in March and have held off reviewing until now to ensure I was happy that the shape and the colour wouldn't fade (which I am!) She was professional, informative and really calming. She didn't rush discussing the shape and spent time measuring out angles with a protractor which was reassuring. I felt really at ease with her. I had microblading c18months before which was fading and she factored this in perfectly.

Exceptional results and experience. Vivian is a true profesional and perfectionist. I first made an appointment with her for microblading consultation. I was very nervous and apprehensive. Vivian was extremely detailed in her explanations, her assesment focused on enhancing my natural features and not changing them and she was super patient with my doubts. Then, I went in for the treatment a few weeks later. The process was super clean and profesional (it felt like I was at a doctor's clinic). It was also surprisingly almost painless. The recovery in my case was long (about 2 weeks) but I was so well prepared by Vivian on what to expect that I did not panick when I went though the dark eyebrow and peeling stages. After about a month, I was super pleased with the results!! My eyebrows have a more refined and proportioned shape. They are very natural looking and I love the delicate brushstrokes.
When I returned for my touch up, I decided to try a lash lift with Vivien as well. I had previously always done lash lifts at another salon closer to my home. After I saw the results with Vivian's lash lift, I am never returning to my previous lash lift salon. The process here was much quicker and efficient. I applied mascara two days after the treatment and my lashes are STUNNING! I have never seen them like this. I highly recommend Beautique and Vivien!!

I found Vivien through Treatwell and was nervous to have microblading but she put me at ease from the initial consultation. Vivien spoke me through the whole process and I was very clear on what to expect and the preparation needed for the day. My eyebrows have turned out amazing and I am so happy that I had them done with Vivien, I will definitely be going back for other treatments.
