My eyebrows have now fully healed after my first session and I could not be more pleased. Vivien knew I did not wear much makeup and used a very light hand on my eyebrows. They look very natural and I've received many compliments. My touch-up appointment is next week and I'm confident the results will be spectacular!

I’m really pleased with the result. Viven is lovely and very professional. My only reason for not giving full stars is that I would have liked a bit more information on the day of the treatment explaining each stage of the process, and for example, how uncomfortable each stage might be. As it happened I didn’t find it as painful as I thought I would so perhaps better management of my expectations would have made for an even better experience. Thanks

Vivien was really lovely and very professional. As my eyebrows were very asymmetrical to begin with, she took plenty time to measure them, make all the necessary adjustments and create a new symmetrical shape.
