I had my touch up with Vivien last weekend and the experience was just as lovely as the first and second ones I had with her before. U spend hours with her and she makes an experience that should otherwise be unconfortable and drawn out really relaxing and like no time had gone past at all. My brows look amazing with or without makeup and I'm really glad I found Vivien.

I'm writing this at 6 weeks when I am now really happy with my brows. Initially they look much darker and more dense than you will have planned for and I hated them. Vivian warns you about this and that they will settle and soften- she is obviously right and knows what she is doing. The room is a lovely environment for treatments and her aftercare advice is very thorough. It's uncomfortable rather than painful and totally manageable.

I have done microblading before many times, but now is the first time I feel that it is truly well done! Vivien is nice and she spends the time you need without problems. I will repeat for sure when I need to repeat the treatment because I loved it

What I love about the service was that Vivien really took her time to design my brows. Really appreciate the extra work to perfect the microblade! The procedure was painless and very relaxing that I almost fall asleep during it.
