Got my eyebrows waxed by Vivien and was extremely happy with the results! I was very impressed by her attention to detail and professional advice - I left with long-term advice on looking after my eyebrows. Vivien was also extremely friendly, making the visit that much more pleasant.

I loved Vivien’s attention to detail. It was very reassuring as she spent so long taking measurements. The result will not be obvious yet but she gave great after care instructions and I also appreciated her follow up text the next day. You do feel special in Vivien’s very capable and caring business
