After reading all the fantastic reviews I decided to contact Vivien and give it a go. Vivien answered all my questions patiently over the phone and I felt very comfortable to go ahead. Luckily I did because I couldn’t be happier. My new brows look so natural and the shape and color is just perfect. Vivien is very professional, patient and experienced. She listens and delivers what you want, and the results are amazing. Thank you so much!

Vivien did an amazing job with my brows! I am beyond happy and wish I'd done it sooner. The whole experience was fantastic. She worked on the shape, drawing them in until I was comfortable before starting. I'm on day 5 and they look great, I've had no redness or swelling. They've looked good from day 1 and continue to do so! Vivien is so nice and makes sure you get the brows that you want! I'll be back for my touch up in a month.

Thank you so much for my new eyebrows! A friend even exclaimed "Wow! The arch is amazing!". The shape is exactly how I wanted them to be. Now I can literally say "I woke up like this!" Vivien is truly passionate about creating the perfect look for you - when you're happy, she's happy. And that is exactly - as she put it - "what you want when you are trusting someone with your face". She let me come in an hour early to apply the numbing cream so that it was both convenient for me and reduced any pain during the treatment. The healing process has begun really well which is a testament to Vivien's great aftercare advice and, most of all, microblading expertise.
