Skin ripped off before holiday.
I got my eyebrows threaded and some waxing done. The eyebrows turned out good but was not impressed by lack of prep aka cleaning and powder area to thread. The waxing was the real problem. Huge portion of my skin RIPPED OFF. My skin is still healing two weeks after and I'm pretty sure I'm going to scar. Absolutely ruined my beach holiday. Contacted the salon via email and treatwell, and got zero response. No refund has been offered. Go anywhere else but here.
