i was told to soak my nails/hands in acetone initially which i wasn't happy with, as usually each nail would be wrapped individually for the removal of polish. I had to insist a couple of times before the technician did it the way i said. It was all fine in the end. Eyebrows were really done nicely as I had asked - so would go back for that.
