My therapist was very amenable and explained the treatment. However, my facial room was very cold being in the basement and there was no heater or warming blanket so I was unable to relax and enjoy being cold.
Moreover, the bathroom in the basement hadn't been finished & had a blocked sink with no hand towel; the upstairs bathroom was only slightly better.
As the salon works are incomplete, the salon fails to provide a relaxing and luxurious element and should consider reduced prices for now.

I was very excited about this procedure and I purchased the 6 sessions but even after 6 sessions, I didn't see any progress whatsoever. When I spoke to them they offered me 2 more extra sessions for free but that didn't help either. The whole period of time I was very healthy and cautious in dieting, drinking extra water, and doing regular cardio too but that didn't change the shape of my belly 😓 A pack is very far-fetched with this machine. Was gonna recommend a lot friemds of mine but I cant.
