The venue was easy to locate. I was slightly early for my appointment. Pleasant atmosphere as I was welcomed by a staff member and shown to a seat in the waiting area . My allocated beautician was immediately informed of my arrival whilst she was attending to another customer. I was seen as soon as Leigh had completed the previous customer's treatment. She introduced herself, allowed me to make myself comfortable in the treatment area and then explained which treatment was the most appropriate.
