Poor customer service. She doesn’t know waxing, using poor cold wax which was pulling my hair and skin, made me uncomfortable. She was in rush, done only half legs but I paid for full wax. Left hair on my arms. She doesn’t know how to use hot wax. Never pay in advance in this salon. I will never go there again.
