I was very happy with my facial treatment! Actually it was my first time and Christal made me feel really good. She's great! Left with a big smile on my face. Place is very clean and staff was wonderful! Friendly and really nice people overall! I'll be back, we still got lot's to discuss ;)

Without a doubt the worst hollywood wax I've ever had. I felt sorry for the girl who did it, as she had absolutely no idea what she was doing which made us both feel uncomfortable. This young girl was the only member of staff present in the entire salon and when the owner finally showed up I was already bruised and in pain. The owner offered to try to finish the wax as it was clearly terribly done. She sprayed me with something to remove the after-wax cream that had already been put on which stung my already damaged skin from the terrible wax. I was left bruised and red for days. By the time I had healed the hair was already growing back. I have never had any issue with hollywood waxing in my life, this is the first time. I was offered a small discount for my horrific experience as I paid in advance although I should have been offered a full refund.
