I had a blowdry and cut booked, the treatment was fine but my treatwell price was not honoured and I was told on the appointment that an additional £10 surcharge is applied due to the length of my hair even though i had booked for long hair.

I was booked to see honey who arrived at the same time as me so I had my wax with another lady who was very nice then a different lady did my hair she was ok but did catch my neck a few times I did like what she did but might not go back
