unfortunately she was not able to remove my nails. she did try and I had to tell her to stop half way through. As she agreed she had to stop as the gel was not removing I would have at least expected her to give me a full refund as she could not do.

Great salon for something super simple and great price. However every basic service, and my highlights were a little more yellow than I normally like this time. Will ask for more toner next time.
