Great haircut, with an experienced hairdresser who wasn't afraid to let me know what would work and what might not be so great! Loved the end result too :)
[The only thing I would say is that they had brought my appointment forwards by half an hour and on the day they were running late, so I'd have appreciated if they had let me know before I got there, because everyone's time is valuable!]
