Pedicure good, but LVL lash lift was awful.
-Chemicals in eye twice during
-Vision blurry and painful after
-Perm left on too long as eyelashes have curled backwards.
I’ve had this treatment many times at another salon so know all of this shouldn’t happen, but what was concerning was that when I complained of the stinging and blurred vision, therapist seemed to think it was normal. Didn’t offer an apology and passed it if as part of the treatment

Went for a wash and cut to put in layers and add shaping to my hair. Marinela was so friendly and professional. Not to mention she did an amazing job listening to what I wanted, and my hair feels amazing since my appointment. Highly recommend.

I did have to wait !!! ,my therapist who i did see when i arrived in Saloon did not say anything at all (just found that strange) just went downstairs , if she had said am finishing off with another client or having to do something else and will be a couple of minutes that is much better to let a client know rather than me sitting and waiting and having to make enquiries at Reception,
It has happened before sitting and waiting as well so maybe something they need to look at
