I did have to wait !!! ,my therapist who i did see when i arrived in Saloon did not say anything at all (just found that strange) just went downstairs , if she had said am finishing off with another client or having to do something else and will be a couple of minutes that is much better to let a client know rather than me sitting and waiting and having to make enquiries at Reception,
It has happened before sitting and waiting as well so maybe something they need to look at

My laser treatment has been been very effective and my beautician, Sam, does turn up the laser level if you cannot feel the heat so that the treatment does work. After only 3 treatments my hair growth has reduced. I am very pleased with my laser treatment and I would recommend the salon, especially for a person of colour.

Easily one of the worst haircutting experiences I've had. Over 30 mins late, no apology or initiative to get my appt started. Maybe heard a sorry while a blowdryer was on (from other staff). Told her to thin out my hair mainly and kept having to tell her more. She said, "Just wait until after I've dried it and then decide." I know when my hair is too heavy. So rude. She left it too long as well, so I'm not happy at all with the experience.
