“Management” is extremely rude, patronising and unprofessional. Might be a language barrier as she had a hard time articulating herself well in English. However, the hairdresser Marinela was amazing and did a great job. She’s obviously very good with customers. Too bad management and reception lack professionalism and her good nature. I wouldn’t recommend paying in advance at this place at all. If you use this salon - pay when you get there.
