Just to let you know that I booked and received confirmation online hair appointments at the salon in South Street Havant, yesterday, Tuesday 6th May. One at 9.30 am for me and one at 10.30am for my mother-in-law. I arrived at the salon to find that it was closed. I sent you a text message but no reply.
I would like an explanation about why this happened please. It caused me and my 90 year old recently bereaved mother-in-law a great deal of stress, as it was the day of the funeral.

booked a treat for myself for wash, cut and blow dry. After paying for parking they sent a text message only 30 minutes before appointment my saying Havant salon is closed and are in Horndean as of 24th March. didn't give their new address.

I never actually got to do my lash lift and tint due to apparently i was too late and she didn’t have time when i we finished my other appointment 10 minutes before my next appointment so i dont understand that but i didnt question it, i did get a lash lift and tint in the past with her and it was pretty good and i was happy with it.

I’m not trying to be rude by saying this but it was okay, the wash was a bit rough but i have a sensitive head anyway , the cut itself was pretty good until when i actually looked at it properly at home it was uneven and a bit choppy i also apparently didn’t have time to do my other appointment which was at 1pm and we finished at 12:50 i didn’t understand that part but i just left it , overall it was okay but i probably won’t go back.
