It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax done, so understandably I was very scared about it. I was greeted by Maya and she talked through the process step by step. Maya was very knowledgeable in the area and I felt that I was in safe hands. She was such a lovely person and I felt very comfortable during the whole process. I'd definitely recommend going here for a wax!
