If you are more than 10 minutes late a £10 late fee will be added to your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late the service will be cancelled . Please try and arrive to your appointment 3-5 minutes early. When booking your appointment please book correct serviceby booking on extras (Lash bath, Removal Etc). If you would like to change your service please notify us before your appointment. Infills must be 50% of lashes on [please book accordingly]. Failure to book the right service will result in your appointment cancelled. For waxing lovers Please allow a minimum of 2 half weeks for your hairs to grow before your first wax treatment after shaving or using hair removal cream! • Please make sure taking shower before the appointment!!!
