So pleased with my eyebrows and eyelashes, very good value for money. Lydia was lovely.

The salon itself and the staff were lovely however, I booked cluster lash extensions for around 20 pounds through treatwell and when I turned up to the appoinment the beautician said she doesn't offer that treatment so she booked me an appointment at the other beautification salon 2 hours later. Before this appointment, I got a phone call saying that they don't offer the treatment either, she offered me the 65 pound lash extensions which I could not afford so I ended up not recieving the treatment that I booked. They have however now removed this treatment online so atleast they didn't completly ignore their mistake. But they did waste a lot of my time.

Woman who did my nails was lovely. Had a good chat. She did a great job of the polish application. Offered me a drink more than once. Very accommodating. A little chilly at the table by the window, but it *is* 4 degrees outside—so it may just be a today thing!
