The lady that did my nails was great and lovely. I was under the impression I had booked a manicure to include hand massage / soak etc to go with my pedicure but didn't get the hand massage/soak only biab removal and redo so when I politely asked about the massage, the man who seems to run the shop, stepped in and rudely responded telling me I hadn't booked it. I was confused as I had booked the same treatment the last 3 times which included the above but he didn't change his attitude.
