Had to give a lot of direction to get what I wanted on pretty simple things (eg number of coats, shape of nails, pushing cuticles back, trimming cuticles). It’s been less than 48 hours since my treatment and it’s already chipped, because the technician painted the top layer over my actual skin. Spa also doesn’t take credit cards, which should be advertised at the outset. Poor job, poor value for money, won’t return.
